Returns & Refunds
We stand by the quality of our aesthetic. But if the piece just isn’t hitting right, you have a 14-day window from your purchase date to request a return or exchange. Once those 14 days are up, the return window is officially closed.
The Requirements
To secure a return, your piece must be entirely unworn, flawless, and exactly as you received it. It must be sent back in its original Ryft packaging. Have your digital receipt or proof of purchase ready to initiate the process.
The Exceptions
Partial refunds are only granted under these specific conditions:

The piece is not in its original state, is damaged, or is missing parts (and it's not our fault).

The item is returned to us outside of the 14-day limit.
The Process
Once your return makes it back to our facility, our team will inspect it. We’ll drop you an email to confirm we’ve received the piece and let you know if your refund is greenlit or denied.
If approved, your refund will be routed directly via Online Banking. Our team will guide you through the exact details to ensure a secure transfer.
Delayed Transfers
If your refund hasn’t hit your account yet:

Hit up your bank sometimes transfers take a minute to officially post.

Sale Drops
Only regular-priced pieces are eligible for refunds. Any items copped during a sale drop are considered final sale.
Shipping It Back
Once your return is initiated, we will email you the exact facility address to ship your piece back to.
You are responsible for covering your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your final payout. Turnaround times for an exchanged piece to reach you will vary based on your location.
Crucial Note: Always use a verified, tracked courier service. (Bykea and InDrive are not considered valid trackable couriers for returns). We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. If we don't receive your returned item, we can't process the refund.
