Shipping & Drops

All pieces are dispatched directly from our facility in DHA, Lahore. We move fast to get your items routed to you securely.

Domestic Drops (Pakistan)

  • Standard Delivery (Free): Trax / Rider (Fully Tracked, 4-6 working days).

  • Express Delivery: TCS Express (Fully Tracked, 1-4 working days). Premium routing costs are calculated at checkout.

Global Drops (International)

  • Standard Global: CityMail / SNWWE (Fully Tracked, 5-10 working days). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • The Details: International runs can sometimes take a minute longer due to customs processing and borders. We ask our global community to allow the full 5-10 working days for the piece to officially touch down.

Bounced Packages

Accuracy matters. If a package bounces back to us because of incorrect address details, no one being available to receive it, or if the drop is refused, the return is on you. Any return shipping costs, along with incurred duties or taxes, will be deducted directly from your final refund. Double-check your info before locking in your order.

"Delivered" But Missing

If the courier’s tracking marks your package as "Delivered," the transaction is complete on our end. We do not issue refunds or send replacements for pieces that go missing after delivery confirmation. To protect your pieces, always make sure you’re routing your orders to a secure, trusted location.
