Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We stand by the quality of our pieces. But if it’s just not the right fit, you have a 14-day window from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. Once those 14 days have passed, the return window officially closes.

The Conditions

To secure a refund or exchange, your piece must be entirely unworn, in pristine condition, and exactly as you received it. It must be sent back in the original Ryft packaging. To initiate the process, we’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase to verify your order.

The Exceptions

We only grant partial refunds under specific conditions:

  • The piece is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts (and it's not our fault).

  • The item is returned to us outside of the 14-day window.

The Process

Once your return makes it back to our facility, our team will inspect it. We’ll hit you up directly via text or WhatsApp to let you know we’ve received the piece and whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If greenlit, your refund will be processed seamlessly via Online Banking. Our team will guide you through the necessary details to get your funds routed back to you.

Sale Drops

Only regular-priced pieces are eligible for a refund. Any items copped during a sale are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.

Delayed Transfers

If your refund hasn’t hit your account yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your bank directly processing times can sometimes take a minute before the funds officially post.

  3. If you’ve done both and still haven’t seen the transfer, tap in with us at contact@ryftpk.site or DM us on our social handles.

Shipping It Back

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your piece. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your final payout.

Depending on your location in Pakistan, the time it takes for an exchanged piece to reach you will vary. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service. If we don't receive your returned item, we can't process the refund.
